Made famous by the traditional English ballad, 'Scarborough Fair' refers to a trading festival which began in medieval times and took place annually for over 500 years in the town of Scarborough, England. This makes a lovely blend for poultry, baked fish, potatoes, cheese dishes, vegetable dishes, salads and cream sauces.
