This salt is certified organic by France's Nature & Progrés. This is the most rigorous salt certification process, which equates to purity and quality. Traditional French grey sea salt is collected off the coast of Brittany, most notably in the town of Guérande.

I purchase this particular salt every month. It's that good! I use it in baking, seasoning and at supper when additional salt is necessary. My kids love it too.
