This salt is certified organic by France's Nature & Progrés. This is the most rigorous salt certification process, which equates to purity and quality. Traditional French grey sea salt is collected off the coast of Brittany, most notably in the town of Guérande.

If there is a better salt than this, I do not know it. I use this salt in everything now, from baking to putting on my plate of food at dinner.

Very happy with this French Certified Organic Celtic Sea Salt. I can not find it in my local grocery store and love that it comes in finely ground. I will be ordering again!
