Fantastic! This beautifully packaged French sea salt has that wonderful damp consistency and somewhat sweet taste I was looking for. Not only do I use it in cooking but take bits throughout the day with water for the wealth of minerals~ I havent found any with the same freshness and quality as this. Packaged securely and shipped right away! Included was a sample of Icelandic Flaky, which has a completely different flavor and tang~ it really does taste like the sea! This shop has so many interesting tastes to try~ I will be back!
