I used this to marinade my salmon. Instead of a dry rub, I mixed about a spoonful with some vegetable oil and soy sauce, enough to make a paste. I poured and rubbed it all over the fish, then dumped a fistful minced scallions. It was a success! Next time, I will use sesame oil. Thank you! Thank you!
