With a sense of adventure, I ordered the Silk Road seasoning as I recognized (and like) some of the ingredients but didn't really know how I would like others. I just made candied pecans coated with the Silk Road seasoning, plus a touch of brown sugar. I'm so pleased the pecans are beautifully flavored - the savory of the Silk Road spice with just a hint of sweetness from the sugar.
