I purchased a sample amount of this salt to test on meat that I cook on my propane grill. My final analysis is that this salt is not ground fine enough. As a result, you tend to put too much on the meat and it makes the meat taste too salty. It does have a nice mesquite taste, but you need to apply this salt with a grinder.
